Once we’ve all agreed to work together, we’ll begain the process of matching you to your new airbnb investment property. You can expect that form start to finish, including the lending process, this will be about 2-6 months unless you’re buying in cash.

We’ll deliver a completely turnkey property that is ready to cash flow. Fully furnished, designed and listed. Of course, we’ll continue to manage it as well.

Understanding Pricing

It’s important to us to have transparent pricing and that our investors understand it. Our fees cover our fees and costs associated with everything from finding the property, vetting it, negotiating it, arranging financing, overseeing potential renovations, top tier designers (trust us, it matters), property set up, install and travel. It typically takes us 2-6 months end to end. 

Why do you charge 10% of the purchase price as a fee? 

In short, that's what it costs to find, acquire, design, furnish and set up a turnkey STR.

This fee covers our teams time and energy to do this fully managed service for our investors.

What does the property management fee cover?

Our PM fee is fully inclusive. We handle everything day to day and send you a check every quarter as an owner.

Our fully managed service includes ongoing property management to ensure you’re recieving the best care for your home and wallet.
