We didn’t mean to start doing our own management
Like you right now, we were on the hunt for a property manager for our 30+ airbnbs at the time. We talked to them all. The big small co-hosts, public companies and promising startups. Yet we were wildly underwhelmed by the process, communication, transparency and results. we didn’t want to be ” just a number” AND pay upwards of 40% in fees. After all, we wanted the best for our investment.
So we decided to do it ourselves.

We found success at the intersection of data driven decision making and experiential design. So, we focus on creating memorable physical spaces and memorable interactions. We believe it reall can be that simple.

Full Transparency, $0 in added fees
Most fees are taboo. Ours aren’t. We charge a 20% property management fee for everything. Not a nickel more. We won’t charge you for the plumber coming. We won’t charge you picking up the mail. We’ll simpy take a small cut of the gross revenue the property makes each month. That’s it.
We’re in this together. A marriage one might call it. Our agreements are year by year and if you don’t love us, well make it right or break up. Whatever you prefer.

What makes us worth it?
We’re not special . We just have our sh*t together. Our infrastructure is built. We use automations where we can + humans where we need to. Robots can’t do it all contary to popular belief. And we care.
