Intro Call

If there’s a fit, we’ll set up a 20-30 minute intro call. This is just as much of an opportunity for you to learn about us as it is for us to learn about you. We’ll dive into your background provide context, and answer any questions you may have about SHL.

Project

For most roles, the intro call is followed by a project. Projects are our way of gauging a condidate’s written communication, project management and their critical thinking skills. Projects are typically completed in 2-3 days, but may takes as little as 30 minutes.

Hiring Manager Interview

The 2nd round interview consists of a 45 – minute Zoom interviews with a hiring manager. This interview may take many forms: a mock call, an advising session, or a simple Q&A format.

For some positions, candidates will skip this round.

Final Round: Virtual Onsite

Congrats on making it to the final round! This stage consits of a multi-part interview consisting of an interview with our leadership team and indsutry specific deep dive for your specified role.
